How do you deliver the training?

One of the things that makes the Synergy Business Partnership so different is our flexibility. As well as offering bespoke training, the way we deliver it can also be tailored to your business or your employees.

1. ONLINE
One of our partners, Distance Learning College and Training, have given us exclusive access to their innovative learning platform. This allows us to deliver all qualifications and training through their easy-to-use online learning hub. All materials are hosted on the platform, where you’ll also be able to chat to our tutors and mentors and track your employees’ progression. Students can access the hub anywhere, anytime meaning they can learn at their own pace and in their own time.

2. IN-HOUSE TRAINING

We’re able to deliver all of our employee development courses and qualifications in-house too. Whether this is to be a one off session or ongoing training, our expert team can deliver one to one tuition, team workshops or entire workforce seminars. When and where is entirely up to you, but we’ll help you organise it if you need us to.

3. THE ACADEMY

This route allows you to build your own training academy. We’ll train a team within your organisation to deliver the employee development programme and/or build you your very own branded learning platform. We’ll design and supply all of the training materials and resources for you to provide continuous training and development for your staff. You can save up to 70% a year on employee training costs!

Is my business guaranteed to get funding for employee training?

Unfortunately the funding isn’t guaranteed. Once we have your training program in place, we will apply to various funding streams for you, most of which give instant (or very quick) decisions upon whether the application has been accepted.

Because there are so many different bursaries and grants we can apply for on your behalf, and we also have exclusive access to several streams, we do have a high success rate on our funding applications.

On average, we secure funding for 20% of our clients’ employee training costs. However, the grant can be anywhere between 5% and 50% – potentially doubling your training budget.

How much does Synergy charge?

There’s no cost for our service – honestly. As a group of training providers and professional institutes, we’re passionate about education and training. Our aim is to ensure businesses reap all of the benefits of investing in employee development, including saving money.

All of the savings you make are yours to keep. You’ll simply pay us for the employee training and qualifications we deliver as and when you require them. There’s no ongoing fees, subscriptions or hidden costs, we just want to help you save, grow and succeed.

If I leave it all to you, how do I know how my employees are progressing?

We produce regular performance reports that give you condensed yet informative snapshot of how your workforce are progressing through their training.

We’ll give you feedback from our tutors on what they’re doing well and what they could perhaps improve, as well as what we’re doing to help.

Your dedicated Business Consultant will also provide you with ideas and techniques to help implement their new skills into the workplace, ensuring you get the most out of their training.
